Clinic Pharmacy Consultants offers several medication management  programs that are staffed by clinical pharmacists in the west lobby area of the Clinic.  The programs include cholesterol management, anticoagulation , asthma , hypertension ,  multiple-medication management , and tobacco cessation .   A physician referral is required for the services.  These services are covered by most insurance plans, but you may have to pay a co-pay.
